This project involved the planning, design & construction of four maturation units and associated site civil works i.e. roads, water storage, welfare space & forklift storage, surface water retention pond, firewater retention pond. The primary building structure was steel frame with precast wall panels, reinforced concrete foundations and soil-stabilised formation.
