Frank Madden is the Managing Director of the company. He has over thirty years design experience in consultancy and on-site experience. He qualified from Bolton Street Institute of Technology in 1992 with an Honors Degree in Structural Engineering, achieving the Hilti Scholarship award in 1990 and the Crampton Construction Scholarship Award in 1992. He holds a post-graduate qualification in Project Management (Trinity College 1995). He was joint runner-up in the Parc Chartered Engineer of the year 2001.

Frank Wade is a Chartered Engineer and Director in Lohan & Donnelly. He graduated from DIT Bolton Street in 2003 with a First Class Honours Degree in Structural Engineering. He has over twenty years design experience in a range of commercial, industrial, retail, residential and leisure projects in Ireland and the UK.

Gordon Poyntz is a Chartered Engineer and Director in Lohan & Donnelly. He has over nineteen years design experience delivering projects in the educational, commercial, industrial, retail, residential, leisure and public body sectors in Ireland. He graduated from DIT Bolton Street in 2006 with an Honours Degree in Structural Engineering, achieving the Crampton Scholarship Award in 2004 & 2005 consecutively.
