This development consisted of a five storey apartment block above single depth basement. The primary structure consisted of an offsite-fabricated loadbearing light gauge steel stud wall system in conjunction with composite metal deck floors. Ground floor level was formed with a post-tensioned RC podium slab above a single depth RC basement with post-tensioned RC raft foundation and perimeter secant pile wall.
