The development features 3-storey (Block A) and (5-7)-storey (Block B) blocks. The superstructure of both blocks comprises of a light-weight steel roof supported on precast concrete walls, hollow core precast floor slabs on precast walls with in-situ R.C. transfer slabs over commercial/residential amenity areas supported on concrete walls and columns. Due to weak ground strata at shallow depths, ground beams on contiguous flight auger (CFA) piles were adopted to support all loadbearing concrete walls & columns.
