This project was a 20-unit apartment scheme over ground floor retail space. Primary structure consisted of precast solid RC wall panels, precast hollowcore floor slabs, RC ground beams and CFA piles. SuDS features included sedum green roofs and permeable paving utilising voids stone attenuation.
