This project consisted of planning, design and construction of 11 bespoke whiskey maturation warehouses and associated roads, drainage and firewater retention. Building structures consisted of hydbrid insitu RC fixed base columns with steel lattice roof trusses, dado RC walls with high level masonry/precast wall panels. FIrewater retention facilities included concrete drainage channels/pipework and reinforced earth berms lined with shotcrete to form pond walls.
