Blackrock Village Centre

This project consisted of extensive structural alterations to an existing shopping centre and included vertical extension, construction of new facades and facade sub-frames, construction of a new bespoke glazed roof and associated site civil works. The project brief required the works to be executed amid a live retail environment. Structural solutions utilised here included extensive steel framing and mini-piling techniques for structural alterations, lightweight steel framed construction for vertical extensions, and bespoke steel fabrications for the feature glazed roof system to the central mall.
