Superstructure predominantly features suspended hollow core precast floor slabs supported on precast walls with an in-situ transfer slab at upper ground floor level over an undercroft car park. To minimise interaction with the existing twin bore Dublin Port Tunnel located directly below the proposed development, a reinforced concrete raft foundation was adopted.
