250 Unit Residential Development at Palmers Gate, Palmerstown, Dublin. The development consisted of 5 apartment blocks between 6 to 8 storeys high with single storey shared basement beneath all blocks. Each block was formed with jump-form central RC core, surrounded by post-tensioned (PT) RC floor slabs on RC columns, overlaying a PT podium transfer structure and basement PT raft foundation. The basement was formed with secant pile walling socketed into rock. Builing perimeter walls consisted of SFS studding and a mix of brick outer leaf and cladding systems. SuDS features include green roofs, permeable paving and bio-retention areas.
