This complex project involved the construction of a new visitor centre and the conversion of existing warehouses into a distillery. The new visitor centre structure was formed as a steel framed structure with precast concrete floors, masonry walling and piled foundations. Conversion of the existing warehouses involved construction of new steel framed mezzanine structures, reinforced concrete bunds and extensive sub-ground drainage systems.
