This project involved the conversion of an existing retail unit into a facility for sports medicine and construction of new internal office structures within the space. To minimise impact on existing structures, lightweight SFS framing was adopted for new mezzanine structures in conjunction with local structural steel framing to achieve longer spans and cantilevered elements.
