Baileys Court, Summerhill

This 185-Unit apartment development consisted of the construction of two new apartment blocks above single/double basement and refurbishment of the existing St. Josephs Convent on Duke Row. Primary structure consisted of RC basement, ground floor and first floor with precast walls and floor slabs above. New structures were designed to accomodate additional lightweight floors, which were later constructed as steel-framed vertical extensions in 2019
