This project consisted of 70 apartments for the Iveagh Trust. The project included the regeneration of two existing residential blocks which consisted of two-storey masonry construction. The redevelopment of these blocks included the construction of two new lightweight floors above the existing two storey blocks, consisting of lightweight masonry, timber separating floors and steel framed construction. Two new blocks were constructed, with primary structure consisting of loadbearing masonry and precast floors. SuDS solutions included permeable paving and sub-base attenuation.
