Scaffolds are down at the next phase of apartments at Avourwen, Drogheda. This scheme by Manley Developments consists of a series of four and five storey apartment blocks. This 30-unit block consists of a single four storey loadbearing masonry structure with precast floors, timber roof trusses and steel-framed balconies.
