Removal of scaffold has commenced at the 123 bed, Nursing Home development at St. Joachims, Ratoath Road, Dublin as the development gets closer to completion. Lohan and Donnelly are delighted to be apart of the design team as the Civil and Structural engineers for this project, along with MFA as architects and Glenbrier Construction as the main contractor. This 3-5 storey development comprises of loadbearing masonry walls, in-situ R.C. & pre-cast concrete slabs.
