Kavanagh Court Student Residence located on Gardiner Street now complete and open to Students.
Kavanagh Court is one of Dublin's largest purpose built student accommodation projects to be completed to date. The project was delivered approximately 13 weeks ahead of the original program. The €32m student residence houses 491 students and is A-rated and BREEAM certified.
