This 38-Unit apartment block is under construction for Grelis at Hampton, Grace Park Road. The structure is a precast loadbearing wall scheme on groundbearing strip and pad foundations. The precast system by Creagh includes pre-fabrication of both inner and outer leaf as a single unit, resulting in reduced onsite construction time. Because of the substantial panel weights, the erection process requires a a heavy crawler crane instead of traditional tower crane.
