2 no. houses complete at Waterloo Road. These two houses were opened up into one office building in the past. This project involved the demolition of the more modern rear office building and bringing the original old building back to its former glory as two seperate houses. A new open plan extension was constructed to the rear of each property. A new garage was constructed to the rear of each property and a new boundary wall constructed to provide separate gardens once again.
