New Mash House at Cooley Distillery
This project involved the construction of a new bespoke steel framed structure to house a mash tun and grist case and required careful collaboration with process engineers. The coordination process was managed through BIM. The building location between live mill building and bunded tank farm necessitated a raft foundation to minimise undermining of surrounding structures.
