This residential scheme was a mixture of several apartment blocks and semi-detached dwellings. Primary structure for dwelling houses consisted of timber frame construction with masonry outer leaf on RC ground beams on precast driven piles. Primary structure for apartment blocks was precast hollowcore floor slabs, loadbearing masonry walls, steel framed penthouse structures and RC basement on ground beams on precast driven piles. SuDS features included sedum green roofs and permeable paving.
