Project completion achieved at Johnstown Road. This 50-unit apartment development consisted of a five storey apartment block over single depth basement. Primary structure consisted of precast hollowcore floor slabs, insitu RC walls, a post-tensioned RC podium transfer slab, RC basement with thickenings and perimeter secant pile wall.
