Structure on 188-unit Davitt Road development is now close to topping out. This structure consists of two blocks, each with jump-formed RC cores and post-tensioned RC floor slabs on RC columns, overlaying a podium transfer structure and single storey basement. The basement is formed with secant pile walling and a basement raft slab. Perimeter walls consist of SFS studding and brick outer leaf elements formed in different planes to create interest in the facade. Private open space provision is achieved through use of modular balcony systems. SuDS features include blue/green roofs and bio-retention areas.
