Site works have commenced at this 105-unit housing development at Maynooth, Co. Kildare. This development consists of a mixture of semi-detached and terraced dwellings and duplex units. Primary structures consists of ICF walls, precast floors for duplex separating floors, posijoist dwelling floors and timber roof trusses. Site civils design incorporates a wide range of SuDS features such as bioswales, detention basins and permeable paving.
